"I am so happy I tool my trauma healing even further with Monika through RTT therapy. I had been in therapy for years for my PTSD and felt like it only took me so far. I have dabbled in hypnosis but again my PTSD still lingered. Monika really helped to tap into my subconscious mind and force me to face my abusers head on and stop the abuse and tell my abuser to stop. We did this with 4-5 different traumas occurring over my life. This was very empowering to be able to do so. She then did light language healing which Monika is very talented at.
